5.2. Payment Terms

All prices are quoted in GBP (£) and are exclusive of applicable taxes and shipping costs, unless otherwise stated. For bespoke orders, a deposit is typically required upon commencement, with the balance due upon completion. For off-the-rack purchases, full payment is required at the time of order. We accept major credit and debit cards, and bank transfers. Payment processing is secured through trusted third-party providers.

5.3. Customization and Returns

Due to the highly personalized nature of bespoke tailoring, custom garments are non-refundable and cannot be returned for a full refund once approved and completed. Minor adjustments for fit may be accommodated within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the terms discussed during the fitting process. Off-the-rack items may be eligible for return or exchange under specific conditions, as detailed in our standard return policy, available upon request at our boutique or via email.
